Returns Policy
For returns, defective products, or cancellations, please contact us immediately after receiving the product:
Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. Shipping costs for returns due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost. We do not accept returns on custom-made products (custom-ordered items, custom-made items, etc.). Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Only if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justifiable reason within 7 days. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unopened or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
